General conditions for the software update of an existing productive W-ELP or ELP license:

You agree by clicking "send form" that a free update of the software ELP or W-ELP is only allowed by respecting the following conditions:

1. You own a valid support contract. Otherwise please check if you bought a support contract along with the software. If this is not the case and you want to have an update or a new installation or move your existing installation to another server/PC, you will have
to buy a support contract. This also applies for standby servers.

2. stethos gives you a written advice to do so.

3. When the software runs in demo mode (watermark is printed) and ELP or W-ELP does not run productive yet - in other words: ELP or W-ELP runs only for testing purposes at the moment.
